Gilman and Pastor, LLP is prosecuting claims on behalf of injured consumers as the result of a conspiracy among airlines to impose and raise fuel and security surcharges on cargo shipped to and from the U.S. since 2000.

As a result of this conspiracy, price-fixing, and price-gouging, these airlines have charged thousands of dollars in additional and increased shipping surcharges.
